Cards with stamps

The Committee concluded that:

A product called "A.M.C. Maximum Cards – PENCYSTAMP, card", sized 20 x 14,7 cm, to which a postage stamp is affixed bearing the First Day of issue cancellation, where a design related to the stamp is reproduced in a bigger size and a brief explanation on the theme is provided in English and Greek, each card bearing a serial number, is to be classified in heading 9704.
